Regulatory crime
We act for individuals and companies who are the subject of criminal investigations by regulatory bodies and local authorities.
We represent clients in investigations by trade standards and other regulatory bodies. We deal with allegations of breaches of consumer protection law, planning control, food safety, product safety and advice on product recall.
The team acts for individuals and companies under regulatory investigation by Competition and Markets Authorities (CMAs), Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), Health and Safety Executive (HSE) , National Trading Standards and Local Authority Trading Standards, Environmental Health and planning execution teams.
We represent clients subject to trading standards investigations for violations of consumer protection and product safety legislation.
