We inform our customers well in advance of all possible costs and how best to manage them. In this regard, we have fee and cost notice notes, deposit request notes, final charge notes, credit notes, debit notes, etc., which all help our customers to have a clear understanding of monetary obligations throughout each transaction.
- Culture of legal research and opinion writing: as a firm, whenever we receive a particular instruction, we undertake thorough legal research and advise our clients on all relevant issues before proceeding with the instruction. This helps us develop and enable our clients to appreciate the best remedy or approach in the circumstances.
- Logical work execution structure: Over the years, we have developed work execution tools for the main types of instructions we process. This is to ensure a predictable execution of the legal work without dropping anything. Our tool system includes instruction acknowledgment forms, work plans, task completion certificates, secure document movement forms, inter-office file transfer forms, statements, completion document delivery forms, service evaluation forms, among others. These tools (service operations) ensure efficient processing and management of your instructions from receipt of instructions to completion and delivery of work.
